When adding or editing a Custom Marker, you have the ability to attach up to 10 snapshots to link the marker with spots on other maps that are relevant to the marker's contents. To attach a snapshot, you must be in the process of creating a new marker (click here to learn about adding markers), or editing one of your existing markers (click here to learn more about editing markers).
Start by clicking the "Add" button under the snapshots attachment list.

This will open the "Attach Snapshot to Marker" window.

In the text box, start typing a string of letters or words that occur in the name of the snapshot you want to add. In the example below, the letter "a" was entered, thus bringing up a list of all snapshots in your account containing the letter "a".

Click on the one you wish to attach to the current marker. Once you've done this, you should see some additional information about the selected snapshot below the text box.

If you are happy with your selection, click the "OK" button.
When the "Attach Snapshot to Marker" window closes, you should see the new snapshot listed in the attached snapshot list. Next to this entry in the list, you will notice these two buttons:

The edit button is for changing which snapshot you have chosen. The detach button is for removing the snapshot from the current marker. This does not delete the snapshot from your account.
